First of all, Cole caught a crawdad! Summer is officially here, and it has stopped raining long enough (5 dry days!) that the visibility improved, and hunting season is here. From now on, every morning will begin with, "Mom, can we go to the creek?" And that's all I'm going to here for the next 3 months.
So, our breathable waders are finally here! They turned out perfect!
Cole gave them a "dry" run, and I asked him if he liked them better than his neoprene ones. He said he liked them the same, so that's his professional opinion.
The
kids breathable waders have the same boot as the neoprene waders - still neoprene lined for ultimate comfort and warmth, but lightweight and not so warm for summer wading. They are made of 90D 3-ply laminated nylon. This is a really soft and durable nylon, and super easy to put on.
