We've really outdone ourselves this time. These waders are a slam dunk, and here are our testers taking them for a "dry" run. (Because while they all got wet, no one got WET.) So it was a fun day, and there wasn't any whining whatsoever. That was more miraculous than anything.
Climbing is so easy with neoprene - it's an extra barrier of protection. He's almost 5 year old, and wearing the size 4/5.
Size 2T is a first. My girl needed waders big time! She is 2 yrs, 3 mo., and these are perfect with a little room to grow. For two days straight, she kept saying "I get my wader boots on." She did great! Of course, she never hesitated to take her pants off and get right in even before we finally got her size, either. Burrrrr.
We went 3.5 mm neoprene again - this is the best for kids. Easier to move around in, still plenty durable and warm.
The wader belt is new, and comes with the waders. This allows for a much snugger fit around the waist, and prevents water from getting in should they fall. It goes through the front pouch, and buckles. 100% neoprene.
Here's another almost 5 year old (twin testers).
Ahhh, family togetherness enhanced by waders. Good job, guys.
These waders are extremely easy to get on. There's a little more room in the leg and since it's a full boot, the kids just drop right down into them - even the 2 year old. It took about 20 seconds flat to get her suited up (with no help from her, naturally) and that includes buckling the straps.
